We’re hiring a CMO.

Hey, we’re Jayson and Giancarlo, the founders of Orali. We’re building a language app that helps people practice speaking through AI simulations and roleplay. If you’re traveling in two weeks, we want you ordering coffee and having conversations when you get there.

We’re looking for someone great at content who wants to build with us. You’ll work directly with both of us, own how people discover Orali, and help shape where we go next.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can own and execute both content creation and campaigns end-to-end: creating, testing, learning, and scaling what works.

We’ve already been experimenting with content and scaling campaigns, so you’ll have what we’ve learned to build on and both of us to work with. We care more about your creativity, dedication, and willingness to learn than how much experience you have. Bring your ideas and the time to put them into practice. We want to build something special together.

  • Write scripts and make short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Get on camera or brief the people who do.
  • Test hooks, angles, and calls to action. Learn what converts, beyond what gets views.
  • Create and run Meta ad campaigns, test the creative, and scale what converts.
  • Build a useful collection of hooks, briefs, and formats, and a weekly rhythm that other creators can follow.

What we value

You have good taste, take initiative, and are excited to turn ideas into work people can see. Bring whatever you’ve made so far and a willingness to try, get feedback, and keep improving.

We like persuasive, credible creative from people who believe what they’re saying. You should be comfortable making the content before managing others, taking feedback, and improving week to week.

Speaking more than one language and caring about language learning are a big plus. So are being organized, communicating reliably, and wanting real ownership in an early company.

How we’ll work together

  • Flexible hours and commitment, based on your availability and what works for us together.
  • One month trial with compensation. Exact details are case by case.
  • Clear expectations agreed before we start, followed by a conversation at the end of the month about continuing together.
